Mixed use development of up 22 storeys high, design of all post-tensioned flat slabs and beams in 8 blocks including transfer structures in each block using bonded tendons. Theatre in blocks A2 and A3 is supported by post-tensioned beams in two directions spanning 18.0m and 16.0m. Transfer structure over the theatre is a single span post –tensioned transfer beam 20.5m long holding 12 residential levels. It is designed with 19-strand multistrand tendons and stressed in 3 stages. Typical floor slab thickness is 210mm and it is supported on columns on a mix grid of 7.0m x 7.0m to 12.0 x 7.5m.
